Dear Rahul, Pls find attached report which we managed to find for follow up done five months after surgery showing all in good state. Hope this suffice your requirements towards same. Also would like to inform that I already provided recent blood test profile that covers cholesterol, creatinine etc and would like know why it was requested again.
