Good to get in written format that there is no impact on policy and its cover for these # medical records that I had furnished on Day # itself. This is what I was looking for, Mr. Satendra, as a temporary solution in the event of delay of sending me the complete proposal form.Request you to close this issue at hand, once and for all, by sending the complete proposal form as early as you can.Much appreciated and lot of thanks for your help.The RM had to suffer for an issue at backend that failed to generate a complete proposal form on Day #- so as a feedback to the PB management, it is the point of sale support that means a lot and it cannot be messed up with. It makes customers disgruntled especially when PB is largely into the business of healthcare. Also there need to be alignment and sync amongst the different departments in PB as to the customer, all of you are one PB only.As I await the complete proposal form, I would like to wish you, Satendra, and your family a very happy year ahead.Please dont take it otherwise or no hard feelings please if you found my approach harsh but I cannot deny the fact that the way PB messed up my case in the beginning was never expected and disturbed the peace of mind with no fault on my part, and it was you who had finally reached out to me with a tenporary solution.
