As per our telephone conversation, you have mentioned policy documents will stay only in soft copy unless requested for hard copy. I am good with Soft copy. Anyway As I stated I am not in the Hyderabad location and I am currently living in the USA So soft copies are more convenient.. Please find attached documents and take care of the items below.Item# : PFA Latest Electricity Bill and please update address in policy documents properly. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Bajaj Allianz's customer service, specifically with a representative named Chetan Pawar - Corporate Marketing Mumbai/Corporate Business Group/General. Despite repeated attempts to contact him for information about our policy, he was unresponsive and even hung up on me twice. It has been a week since we paid our premium, and there's been no communication or update on the policy's status. This lack of professionalism and communication is deeply concerning and disappointing. Bajaj Allianz needs to address these issues promptly to maintain their reputation and fulfill their obligations to policyholders.
